Have your next birthday party at Stromlo Leisure Centre! Party guests will enjoy the water activities, including fun filled aquatic games and our awesome waterslides.
Then have a delicious meal in our dedicated party room. All guests are welcome to continue using the pool and slide after the party has finished.
We supply invitations and the party hosts and the best part is we clean up the mess!
- Minimum of 15 participants are required for all parties.
- All participants must be 6 years or older and confident in the water.
- Please be aware there is a height requirement for the waterslides.

This package includes food, pool entry, booked tables at café - $25 per child (minimum 15)
Birthday Package 2
This package includes private inflatable (1hr), food, free pool entry, booked tables at café - $34 per child (minimum 15)
Terms and Conditions
- Welcome to the pool party at Stromlo Leisure Centre! Please ensure that all information on the booking application is accurate. Bookings must be made at least 14 days priorto the party date, and attendance numbers should be confirmed at least 7 days in advance. To secure your booking, a nonrefundable deposit of $100 is required.
- The minimum number of participants is 15, and the party is designed for children aged 6 and older. If you want to make a booking less than 15PAX then you need to cover cost of 15 people.
- Final details, including numbers, catering, and total payment, must be confirmed and paid at least 7 days before the event. Payments can be made using cash, eftpos, or credit card. Please note that outside food is not allowed, except for birthday cakes.
- Safety is a priority; therefore, children under the age of 15 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Specific supervision guidelines include:Staying within arm’s reach for children aged 0-5, Maintaining close visual contact for ages 6-12, Ensuring visual contact for ages 13-14.
- The party schedule consists of two time slots.
- - The first session runs from 1 PM to 3 PM, featuring food and recreational swim from 1 to 2 PM, followed by a pool inflatable from 2 to 3 PM.
- The second session is from 3 PM to 5 PM, with the inflatable from 3 to 4 PM, and food and free swim from 4 to 5 PM.
- Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time for setup, and all guests must vacate the party area by the end of their time slot. However, participants are welcome to enjoy the other facilities afterward.
- As the organiser, you are responsible for informing all attendees of these terms.
- Please note that Belgravia Leisure and Stromlo Leisure Centre will not be liable for any injuries or damage related to the event. If you have any questions or need further clarification, don’t hesitate to reach out!

- All children attending the birthday party must wear a wristband at all times for identification and safety purposes.
- Parents or guardians must provide supervision for their child(ren) throughout the duration of the party.
