At the heart of our dynamic space lies a state-of-the-art functional rig, adorned with an array of exercise stations offering a diverse range of workouts. From pull-up bars and monkey bars to TRX straps and battle ropes, the rig provides endless possibilities for functional strength training and bodyweight exercises.

Our Air Gym not only promotes health and well-being but also provides a rejuvenating and invigorating environment, making each workout a refreshing experience for all who seek to enhance their physical, mental, and social health.

What's On

Discovery Session (Total time: 50 mins)

This session focuses on safety, guiding you through the environment and proper use of equipment, fostering a secure atmosphere for all participants. Emphasising mutual respect, we ensure everyone understands how to use equipment safely and interact positively with fellow athletes. The session concludes with a brief workout to reinforce your understanding, making sure you're ready for a rewarding and safe exercise journey.

Bootcamp (Total time: 60 mins)

After conquering the foundational Discovery Session, our Bootcamp takes your health and well-being to new heights. Whether it's strength, endurance, or overall well-being, Boot Camp is your path to peak performance. Prepare for a transformative journey that goes beyond the ordinary, sculpting a healthier, stronger and better version of yourself.

Book your Air Gym classes via Active World

Are you looking to book for your Air Gym session via your membership app Active World? Follow the steps below:

1. After downloading the Active World App and creating an account, login with your user details.

2. Select "Book Group Fitness" from your Home Page.

3. Find your desired Air Gym session (discovery session or bootcamp) in listed options and click "Book".

4. Select yourself or a member to book the class

5. Confirm your payment details, read the Terms and Conditions, and select Confirm Booking. (Not for members)

You will now be able to view your booked class in My Schedule, from where you can view class details or notify your absence. Now you’re ready to get active with us!
